Began with an HR phone interview. Then a hiring manager interview. After was contacted for a full day interview. This included a technical seminar (talk) and 1on1 interviews with the team and specific managers.

Interview
HR experience positive; easy to communicate with. Nice overview of culture and expectations. Much more conversational than technical. Organization built on cutting-edge science and leadership are well recognized experts in gene and cell therapy. After interviews, completely ghosted.
Phone screen with HR, then onsite.
Virtual onsite was fine. Standard mix of technical and behavioral questions. Actually thought most of the interview was quite pleasant and they asked for and contacted references.
References were glowing but still got the notification they were going with someone else. No feedback upon request.
