I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bluebridge (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2022
Interview
Good. Ver easy going folks. Most of the interview was done on teams calls. Met up for lunch. Really want to help people get great jobs and companies get great people.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bluebridge (Fishers, IN) in Jun 2016
Interview
Took forever. I applied in early June. The ball didn't get rolling for a while. No HR recruiter here. Replied to contact with answers, then no replies. Tried to reach out by phone, no phone number available for contact. Finally got a phone screen scheduled. Didn't hear back for a couple weeks again before scheduling in person. In person went well, understood the next steps that could have happened. Was promised response by certain day. Did not hear back and I emailed the next day. Reply with rejection that their were some changes and it wouldn't have been wise to bring me on board at the time. Very disappointing because I liked the 2 guys I met with.
