Blues Wireless interview questions

I applied to Blues and interviewed over 3 months. They are disorganized, inconsiderate, and lack follow up. The original screening call was fine but then I never heard back from the recruiter, even after following up. Then suddenly the hiring manager was “looking forward to chatting.” No hand off, no introduction, no word from the recruiter. The hiring manager wasn’t prepared for the interview, couldn’t explain much about the role, and struggled to explain why they worked there. Their boss was much better, but the process after that was confusing. They would ask me to send availability for the next round and then disappear. This continued for months. I never heard back from the hiring team which was extremely disappointing considering how much time was invested into the interviews. I only found out that I didn’t get the role by looking on LinkedIn to see someone else had started in that position. 0/10 recruiting process.
