There were 2 calls, all on Google Hangouts and they did groups with several people interviewing. Being cordial and fitting into the personality of the group and joking with them like you have know then for a while will go a long way.

They were pretty standard interview questions. Nothing really stood out to mind.

The thing I like about their interviews is its focused on fit, and I didn't feel like I had to perform to try to sneak in, something I wouldn't be willing to do anyway. It was either going to be a good fit, or it didn't.
