telephone screening was easy. Was called onsite for more rounds. Was asked to present "about yourself" in a PPT. and then they had scheduled 1 on 1's. I never reached the one on one's because no one apparently liked my PPT. They said rather than wasting everyone's time - they would like to end the interview here. It was really disappointing because it was a working day and I had taken an off to take the interviews. It was an early morning interview , and some of the panel members were running late. On arrival - they all looked disinterested and it seemed they had already made some decision. I have heard from other people, that they do this a lot. So beware of their process. PM roles are the most undefined in the industry and some PM's are not a good fit for company or firm, but that doesn't mean that they are bad PM's. Their lead came up to me at the end of the PPT session , and gave me PM tips, which was a bit humiliating.
