My interview process lasted approximately one month. I had a handful of video interviews and an in-person interview during that time. The interview process was well-coordinated and I felt prepared and supported by the team at each stage. The role I interviewed for is a very impactful role at Bluewave and it was clear to me that each person considering me cared deeply about the company and wanted to ensure a solid match between their needs and my qualifications/talent.
