The initial conversation with the recruiter was professional and the role was clearly presented. I was informed that I would receive feedback within approximately one to one and a half weeks.
After the interview, there was no further communication or status update on the process. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and LinkedIn over the following weeks, no response was provided and no closure was given.
This resulted in a poor candidate experience, as expectations set during the conversation were not followed by any subsequent communication. While delays can happen in recruitment processes, a basic level of follow-up or closure would be expected.
