Interview
Observation by a General Manager during a shift. You walk around, helping where you can, talk to guests, etc. If that GM likes you, you interview with another GM. General questions, about 30 minutes, to see if you are a good personality fit. Then on to the third interview with the Area Director. He asks more in-depth questions, situational questions, and future plans type questions.

I had the standard phone interview with district manager then a 2nd in person interview with store manager. I was asked the standard interview questions, previous experience and what I was looking for with new employment, etc.
