I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bodyset (Horsham, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Screening phone call, followed by video interview with a clinician.
I initially applied when I'd been away from hands-on Physiotherapy for about a year and my experience was somewhat limited, and I quickly progressed through the stages above - only to be declined employment due to having aspirations outside of Bodyset. I had applied for 2 days a week - so this reasoning was bizarre. I passed all the clinical questions.
I was then advised to apply in the future. The above scenario was in 2023. Since then, I've accumulated experience in some of the top Physiotherapy companies in the UK. Bodyset will not even offer me an interview anymore, despite applying to about 4-5 different positions, with all of my current experience. It's absolutely insane, and feels like I've been blacklisted simply because of one interview.

Interview
Two stage interview:
Initial stage was a chat with the recruitment team about the company and getting to know me.
Second stage was a more clinical interview - 1x casestudy and some questions around red flags
In two stages, first a general interview, then a clinical interview. A thorough process. They feel like a very organised company, with a lot of staff.
