The process was pretty quick (about 2 weeks): 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter, and 1 in-person interview with the hiring manager. Both individuals were great to talk to, and the recruiter was very responsive over email. I declined the offer because the benefits were not quite as competitive as what you typically see in California.
