I sat down with the store manager for my first interview very excited on what i heard. Than I had another interview with the district manager that went well. Than a third with regional. That went well.

It was a simple interview process. They go through the interviews relatively quickly especially in high need areas such as the market I applied to. I enjoyed the experience I had.

I met with the area manager then I met with the owner. Did a u.a. and then want to training. 1 week process it was easy to get hired the owner is a good guy. Honesty works.

Interview
If the online test is passed then you get the First interview by Phn with the recruiter, if you pass it, the 2nd interview is at the hiring store in the dining room with the assistant unit director along with a 12 mins timed test, if passed, the 3rd interview will be with the Unit director at another store in the dining room.
