Interview
I went through three rounds of virtual interviews via zoom and an initial screening call. Interviews were with the hiring manager, VP and another manager.
All three rounds were relaxed and conversational.
Good communication throughout and I got feedback after each round.

Interested in automation and the future role of AI in Customer Support.
I was invited to interview with Boku for a Customer Success Coordinator role, but unfortunately, no one attended the scheduled interview and I received no communication regarding a cancellation or reschedule.
This was disappointing after preparing for the interview and setting aside time from my day. Clear and respectful communication with candidates is essential, and I hope Boku improves this process for the future.
