Not very professional. Unqualified people part of the process to simulate "culture". Small company with little experience ballyhooing business awards over actual clients and competency. Interview was a waste of time, given that every single person in the tiny company, even with their thimble of experience, seemed to be part of the hiring process. That's called a popularity contest in a lot of places.
