The process was extensive and rigorous. Make sure you have 7 years of experience and you are familiar with different administrative systems. You will be completing task before you get to your first interview. Make sure you are prepared.

Very difficult, The video interview is self-recorded and impersonal. It's very difficult to engage and answer questions/non-personal. I found it a challenge to answer questions in the allowed time and show your experience and personalty.
