I interviewed for the Senior Graphic Designer position at Bolinda in early 2025. I was contacted within a week of applying to schedule a Zoom interview, which was prompt and appreciated. The interview itself went smoothly, though I found the interviewer to be somewhat cold and distant.
Two weeks later, I was invited to a second interview with the Group Contracts Manager. This conversation was much more positive; she was warm, asked thoughtful questions, and answered mine in detail. She helped ease my concerns, particularly around some of the negative company reviews I had come across beforehand.
During that interview, I was told to expect a final round the following week. Unfortunately, I never heard back. There was no follow-up, no update, and ultimately no communication at all. Being ghosted after multiple interviews was disappointing and left a sour note on what had otherwise been a promising process. It reflected poorly on how the company values candidates' time and effort.
