Question 1
intro, relocation, when can you join and why you leaving previous company
The first one with HR was good and gave a good impression. During live coding, I got to see how the team wasn't really keeping up and the engineers I met with are a bit anti-AI, and still believe in writing code manually instead of leveraging ai tools like Cursor or Claude code. It was a shock for me as I was looking up at bolt, but not anymore.

Question 1
One question not sure what was the purpose of it was a math problem out of nowhere 😂, like for real guys what the heck. and when I asked what was that, they said it was nothing.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Bolt (Tallinn) in Dec 2025
Interview
The process was the regular technical interview pipeline. It started with a simple hackerrank problem solving interview, followed by a code review interview, followed by a system design interview, then a behavioural interview with the engineering manager and tech lead for the team. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Their response time after interviews is a bit lacking (I'd wait up to a week for a response after every phase). I got a low offer so I rejected it.
