Position was advertised as Senior Firmware Engineer, but during the interview I was told that there are "no juniors or seniors here at Bolt". Then I was told to re-do my home assignment. Now I understand that perhaps it was suboptimal and I took a wrong approach to solving it. However I considered this as a lack of respect for my time. If you don't like my submission - then don't continue the process. If you do - then you can ask follow up questions on the next interview and decide. I got angry and submitted some very dirty code, which obviously didn't land me the job.
