Straightforward online application, a Polyvore look, a phone screening and in person interview where they make you type out a mock client email. Lengthy process for a $12-14/hour position. I believe they are asking for a great deal of experience for low wage positions.

The application included styling a look for a client and the interview included discussing why we chose the particular items we styled. Also, there was a 10 minute "test" where I had to come up with a customer service response. The focus of the interview was on how you style and deal with customer concerns or issues
