The interview was great. We chatted a lot about books, which was a nice indicator to me that there was an emphasis on providing good customer service. Other questions were pretty run of the mill. Very normal retail interview. They also asked about my school schedule, so we could work out a work schedule.

Interview
At the time, the old GM was being relocated so I ended up being interviewed by the old and new GM. They were both very friendly, asked if I minded selling their Millionaire's Club Card and Magazines For Millionaires programs, and inquired about my life and experience. I was told by a former employer that BAM did in fact check my references, thankfully they all gave me glowing reviews.
