Interview
Interview process was lengthy but i enjoyed every round.
First round was simple recruiter call.
Second and Third interviews were together onsite with 2 Technical panel and Project Manager.
Last interview was with Director and CEO, it was more focused on logical and analytical based questions then i got offer straight way from HR on same day.

Question 1
Director asked me these two questions in last interview:
You’re reviewing a pull request for a new feature. The code works fine, but you notice it increases the page load time slightly. How do you approach balancing performance and functionality?
Write a function that determines if a given string is a valid palindrome, ignoring spaces, punctuation, and case. Can you optimize it for large inputs?
