Boondocks Fun Center interview questions

You come in, they call you into the office and they ask you pretty basic interview questions. They hire anyone, especially males, for this position on the spot of the interview. They are way under staffed and are desperate for workers to apply to be a server.

Not formal and no follow up. They were looking for internal people. Wage and age were a factor. They appear to hire from within for the management positions. Hourly and less experienced people should have an easier road. Maybe going through a head hunter could apply.
