Boost AI interview questions

Some time after a submitted my application the hiring manager calls me out of the blue. Taking 15 min or so asking about my experience including time at at their main competitor. Agrees to schedule an f2f interview with me the following week but the night beforethr manager reaches out and announces a need to reschedule due to an urgent customer meeting (promises to get back to me the day after). Thereafter total ghost despite me following up twice. Almost 2 months later I get an auto decline on y application... Very unprofessional. Always keep in mind, people will not so much remember what you say but how you make them feel.
