Interview
was simple and informal.
as long as you approach and answer the interview questions with some excitement you should be fine.
If you get an offer for a trial shift I would accept it straight away or you could lose your job offer That is what happened to me since I wasn't free on the day they asked me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Boost Juice (Melbourne) in Nov 2024
Interview
Interview went well overall - interviewer asked to tell abit about myself, availability, and they mainly did all the talking. they explained a lot about the role and what it involved as well as the training process.
the main issue comes after. waited an entire month and was ghosted despite being told to wait a week for either a rejection or acceptance. terrible service overall. the person interviewing also wasn’t the one hiring, instead acted in place for another manager.
