Completing a form. Answering questions on adwords, languages I speak, etc. Easy in general process. Got an email in February. Marketing, adwords, google, bing ads, PPC ads, short copy, etc.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boost Media (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Took a test that asked me to compare 2 ads. I chose the best one, then described why it was the best. There were 5 ads, and it took me about 10 minutes. The average person might need an hour, but the average person likely won't be hired. and that's it.
