Interview
I was invited for an orientation interview before the main proper interview as part of the process of applying for an ALT. The interview was conducted through Skype and together with other interviewees as part of the Orientation process.
My first interview with them was a bit smooth, you just have to sound super confident in whatever you are saying. Try to smile in a polite way as much as you can and stay very calm

Question 1
Moving to a different place can be difficult, what are some of the difficulties do you think you will face in Japan and how do you plan on coping with it?
Online and usual why do you want to work in Japan questions and what can you do to make a difference/ improve Japanese kids’ English skills. Then was asked to do a short demo teaching online

Interview
The group interview was quite easy. We were told to discuss the challenges we might face as alt in Japan. We were six. The interviewer was quite friendly and he was patient. I have my one on one interview on Tuesday next week, I'll drop updates here on how it went
