The interviewers were friendly and questions were fair. They were gauging skills to see if tbey matched the job description. They then went ahead and described the day to day roles for thr position.

Great and direct to job description , nothing personal. Focuses on the attributes and the change an interviewee will bring to the company. Most interviewees come to the company through referral process.
