I was approached by a recruiter. After sending through my CV, an interview with one of the founders was organised. The interview was an hour long chat about my experience. After that, I was ghosted! Pretty astounding, and highly unprofessional. I was able to get a response by following up with the recruiter. Complete waste of time.
