First interview was with the CIO. Talked about the position and I added what value I could bring to the role. Next was with the hiring manager. She was more than 10 minutes late and immediately sounded uninterested in anything that I had to say and couldn't tell me anything about the role. Not sure what that was about. I suspect that this interview was just a formality and they already had selected someone else.
