Very easy interview process for seasonal workers. Most, if not almost all seasonal employees are hired on the spot pending background checks etc. For management or career-specific roles, obviously the interview is more involved, but not bad .

Question 1
Started as a seasonal employee in college and worked my way up within the company, so my initial interview questions were basically what my availability was. Once in the company, my "interview" to advance within the company was my work performance and willingness to learn and master new skills.
