Three rounds:
-2 v 1 interview. mainly behavioral, some technical
- 2 v 1, 30minute excel test on camera (basic formulas like XLOOKUP, SUMIFs, pivot tables, etc) demonstrating you can sort and compile data
- 2 v 1 final round with CEO and COO, hour long rapid fire question style
interview process was fine, people were nice and questions were easy, but process was very drawn out. kept following up with recruiter, never heard anything from company. COO personally called me after a few weeks telling me they were going to extend offer and to look out for it. followed up again, probably the 5th time by that point, after the date i was told to expect the offer had passed.
never received the offer and never heard from anyone at the company after that.
