Initial interview was a panel interview of 3 Production Managers. Once I got a yes from them I was flown to one of the Minneapolis locations to conduct 4 one hour interviews with various other production leaders.

Process was very quick response after application.
Easily set up time frame, and was given time to speak, did not feel rushed at all.
Interview was through teams, and it was a panel not 1 on 1.
Interview was 3 individual 1-1 then a panel of 4 heads. Your typical STAR behavior based questions. Something slight. They were stretching a bit with some of the follow up questions but it was ok. Not too bad
