      Project Management Supervisor Interview

      6 May 2009
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Arden Hills, MN
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Arden Hills, MN) in Apr 2009

      Interview

Interview was arranged by a 3rd party recruiter who had close relationships with the PMO office. BSCI appears to use a lot of external recruiters, which is strange because they could get candidates themselves without using the suppliers. Typical process of phone interview with the hiring manager, and then 1to1 meetings with the hiring manager and 3 other people in the department. A typical large enterprise work setting (managers in offices, and cube land). They have a very large and nice facility in Arden Hills. Sharp, college educated people. They scheduled the meetings very well and provided all the logistics on how to get there. Nothing bad about the experience. I never met with an HR person which was good, since those meetings are sort of a waste of time because HR does not know anything about the position.
