First, an interview, then a situational role play then another interview then a presentation, normally an aptitude and dexterity test too. Friendly staff every step of the way. Was told promptly.

Interview
From applying the process moved quite quickly. Online aptitude test and an onsite interview. Onsite interview was laid back. was interviewed by two Manufacturing Engineers who lead a very professional interview with out seeming to intimidating.
