I was called for an interview with a Senior Microbiologist, Quality Manager and HR. The Interview lasted about an hour in total. For this hour they ran through my experience on my CV, asked me technical questions associated with the testing carried out in the microbiology lab and then the HR correspondent asked STAR based questions. Following this I was told that they had a few left to interview and that I would be told by the end of the week if I obtained the position. Overall I was very happy with the interview process.
