They totally ghost you after you've taken the time to interview etc. They even do this for internal applicants. It's demoralizing and demotivating. I don't know how they expect people to stay happy and create a positive growth culture when you don't even get a response after an interview.

Interview
I made it through three interviews before I was removed from the running for the position. Each interview was friendly and informative and asked relevant questions about my skills and qualifications. During the 3rd interview, however, one interviewer seemed hyperfocused on the fact that I would have to move for the job and despite my assurance that I was ready and willing to move the fact that I was not already local seemed to be huge detriment.

Interview
Two interviews. One through phone or zoom and the finally is in person with the team. They will ask you a serious of questions and how to better support students. At the end you asked questions, I recommended asking at least 3 questions.
