Interview
First you'll get a call (5 minutes or less), then they send you a set questions and you have 2 days to submit them. After that, a 30 minutes phone interview with the hiring manager is set up. Then you'll be invited in for a plant tour and a set of individual and panel interviews.

Interview
Phone Screening, Initial Interview, Panel Interview with four people in the department, then a final interview with my boss. The interviews were not difficult, but they were nerve racking. I felt good about the process when it was all said and done.
