The interview process was quite standard, had 3 interviews in total, and the discussions were overall very pleasant. They provided clear insights into the company culture, values, and expectations, allowing me to better understand what it would be like to work there. They were transparent about challenges and opportunities for growth. What I didn't like was that they promised more feedback after the rejection but they never followed through.
