I applied for the job, he called me and offered me the job, sent me a proposal and left it open to 'tweek'. He had requested I work as an Independent Contractor, 1099, so I requested a change of days and he ghosted me, never heard from him again. Again, I was offered the job due to start this coming Tues. and he literally never got back to me with the change on the agreement contract...
