honesty to all questions answered was the key , tell them you are honest and don't try to put on a fake person cause if hired, you have to continue to be that fake person, and that an only last so long

Interview
Manager called me for a quick phone interview and then made an interview in person in the store. She made me wait a very long time but I figured she was just dealing with a customer. She then called me in again to offer me the position and sign some papers, and I was hired. The background check did take a long time, but that was due to upper management not getting back to her.
