Bournewood Health Systems interview questions

Interview was via Microsoft teams. Interviewed by an LICSW. Very professional and team seemed very passionate and proud of the PHP program. Interviewer asked appropriate questions about organization skills and for relevant work experience.

Once I applied the office manager ask to conduct a phone screen to ask preliminary questions, to make sure this is what I wanted. After that round you move forward to meet with the manager. That’s was about 45minutes long. Great questions asked. If they feel comfortable to move forward, then a 2nd interview with the team.
