I appreciated the fact that the questions during the interview were specific to the job I was being considered for and not a dialogue of the last 20 years of my work history. It was a conversation to see if I could not only fit the technical needs of the opportunity, but to fit the team and culture of Brady. It was a conversation and not a long line of dry questioning.

First recruiter called and had a 20 minutes conversation , then he scheduled 3 interviews (managers , testers and development team). each one was 30 min long Then got notification from manager that I got selected
