I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Braille Institute (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The process is extremely long and inconvenient. You are required to conduct a phone interview, followed with a 2-hour in-person interview, and then another 3-hour in-person interview. I had to take two full days off work to attend these in-person interviews. The entire process felt disorganized and some of the employees you interview with, a total of 7, don't all act like they are happy to be there.
One interviewer was disappointed when I said a social media marketing campaign I drafted took three months to draft. He said he would need a campaign idea finalized in a matter of weeks. That may be possible, but you get what you put into it.
It was a very bizarre experience that I would not want to go through again to another company.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a project that was completed quickly?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Braille Institute (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
Interviewer needs more experience in dealing with potential candidates. It seemed that if they didn't hear what they wanted to hear, they held it against you. I answered a question to which I thought was professional and appropriate to which I was told, to my surprise: "no, that's not right"

Interview
Interviewed with the supervisor for about 45mon to 1hr. Review of position duties, qualifications, my qualifications. Chatted for quite a bit. Took me to meet with his supervisor. This supervisor was super casual and this meeting was obviously just a formality. We only chatted for about 5 minutes.
