Interview
The leadership of Brainlink.com appears to be, from observation, narcissistically sociopathic. They make you take a number of online tests taking up an inordinate amount of time, then set up a time to talk, only to not be available at the scheduled time without explanation or apology. Once they decide to make contact some time later and actually interview with the company, the majority of the interview is spent fielding insults and underhanded slights about one's work history, experience and skill level. The interview process was structured more like an interrogation or deposition, designed to break the individual's spirit. The interviewer appeared to enjoy putting down the people that were being interviewed to make themselves feel better about themselves. At times, the interviewer's comments were bordering on vicious. Would recommend to techs that they avoid this company at all costs.

Question 1
Interviewer was demanding high level of detail about technical work that was done years ago. When the interviewer felt that sufficient details were not being disclosed, it appeared that they felt there was something that was being hidden. It should be noted that it is difficult, if not impossible, to provide extreme particulars about work that was done years ago.
