Branch Management Tree Service interview questions

I applied for a different position and the recruiter sent my resume to another hiring manager at a different branch. I had one interview and it was with the branch manager and operations leader.

Met with the owner and listened to his stories. He never asked any professional interview questions only expressed how he was always the victim in his own business. The owner has serious business ethics problems and should seek help. The owner surrounds himself with unprofessional individuals and disappears regularly instead of meeting his obligations.
