The first interview was good. The second included a case study where you had to pretend to be meeting a client from Chocolatier Inc and go through their brief before submitting a proposal. The client has asked for focus groups and consumer interviews. Here, they inserted a trick - you're meant to say that you don't think focus groups are a good research method (you may disagree, but I think they are looking for people who think the same as them). I think it's very unfair to put a blatant trick into and interview and then be actually quite nasty about it during the interview, when you don't pick up on it.
