I applied by email with my cv and was contacted by the internal recruiter for an interview. The first interview was with the recruiter and hiring manager and involved lots of questions about my experience, skills and personality. I was invited back for a second interview with hiring manager, internal recruiter and one of the founders where I had to give a presentation on two marketing tasks (took me a weekend to put together). I wasn't successful, the recruiter citing 'profile and skill set' as the reasons why. Shame really, because they should have known that after the first interview rather than waste my time with a task.
