Made it to the on-site interview and quickly realized how toxic the environment is. Honed in some unnecessary parts of the conversation and made judgmental comments about my views and background. When I would ask a question, they laughed as if my question was stupid/generic then followed it with a condescending answer. After the interview ended, I was told I would hear back within a week or so. Long story short, they never got back to me and actually ghosted me. The least they could do is send me a rejection email but clearly they don't care enough for that. This company clearly had their employees write only good reviews to portray a fake image. I was genuinely excited to interview with them after seeing these reviews but quickly learned they encourage a toxic work environment and don't care for anyone else. Complete waste of time but learned a lot. Don't interview here unless you want to be ridiculed, unappreciated, and ghosted. There's a clear lack of communication, respect, and authenticity in this company and I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
