Applied through an online job board for what I thought was a management role. I received a call the next day to schedule a "face-to-face" interview with the agency owner. When I went into the office I had a brief interview (5-10 minutes) with another manager. Afterward there was a questionnaire about career goals and your personality traits. Lastly, there was a presentation from the owner (with 12 other applicants in the room) about what the job entailed. Needless to say, you are not interviewing for a "Customer Service Manager" role. It is for a life insurance sales role. 100% commission-based with no benefits. Over half of the applicants left before the end of the owner's presentation.
