Interview
I interviewed with three engineers and the CEO. They took interviewing in turns, stepping in and out of the room to attend to business. The interviews was conversational and the questions were designed to access my ability to solve problems as an individual and interact with members of a team.

When was the last time you broke something (intentionally or unintentionally? What did you learn from breaking that thing? Assume I (the interviewer) am not an engineer. Teach me about something technical, explaining it as if I had never heard of it before.
