Very open and communicative. Made their expectations known up front and were totally consistent throughout the entire process from initial contact through post-hire orientation. Only had to speak with three people and received feedback within two business days. Given the pace at which these folks operate, that's quite an achievement. Overall, it was very calm but highly energetic.
